Pineapple process records

Cloudy vs Clarified Pineapple Juice Sample Record

A brighter sample and a different pulp level answer different product questions. Keep the source lot and sampling conditions beside each sample.

Create a paired sample set

Compare a cloudy juice sample with the proposed clarified route from the same source lot. Identify the sampling point, elapsed holding time and any treatment or dilution. Record the intended product before judging which sample is preferable.

Connect each sample to its separation equipment

A screen finisher removes coarse material; ultrafiltration is a separate membrane operation with permeate, retentate and cleaning duties. Record the product mass and side streams rather than inferring juice recovery from visual clarity alone.

Continue the comparison through the receiving process

Describe treatment, final product concentration, hold time and the selected pack. Sample photographs should include their lot and process labels; illustrative equipment photographs are not trial-product evidence.
