Begin with three practical details
Describe what reaches the new equipment: whole fruit, prepared flesh, mash or extracted juice. Then describe the intended cloudy juice, clarified juice or concentrate and the part of the process you want supplied.
State the required quantity and its basis. Incoming fruit per hour, prepared press feed, recovered juice and evaporation water removal are different duties. Include the intended hours of operation when known.
- Starting material and preparation state
- Target product and intended package
- Required flow or duty, with its measurement basis
Compare proposals using the same boundaries
Separate supplied machines from site utilities, buildings, drainage, installation interfaces and existing equipment. Identify the control and cleaning connections included in the scope.
Equipment pricing depends on that scope and the selected duties. A catalogue photo or a general line name does not establish a project price, utility consumption or agreed performance.
Add the information that makes selection specific
A site layout, photographs of existing connections, product sample or analysis and utility information can make the next discussion more precise. Capacity or product requirements that are still undecided can be stated as questions.
Use the protected enquiry form to send an initial message. After a submission, keep its reference and contact about that enquiry before resending if the result is uncertain.

Practical questions
Do we need an exact capacity before contacting you?
You can begin with the intended scale and operating schedule. Clarify which material or product quantity the estimate refers to so the equipment discussion starts on the right basis.
Can we ask for a single-machine quotation?
Yes. Identify the intended duty and upstream and downstream interfaces. This helps define the machine and the associated transfer, controls or cleaning scope.
