Fruit reception & preparation

Handle, wash and inspect the fruit before the chosen preparation route.

Installed handling equipment showing the incline, side guarding and raised discharge.

Connect preparation heights

Fruit elevator and receiving transfer

An inclined elevator moves fruit from a low receiving point to the working height of the next machine. The belt, receiving area and upper outlet are arranged around the actual pineapple feed and the space available for preparation.

Horizontal brush bed with several overhead spray pipes and orange spray nozzles
Brush rollers and overhead sprays provide the visible washing action.

Fruit surface preparation

Brush and spray washing machine

A brush bed presents the fruit to repeated surface contact while overhead sprays carry loosened dirt toward the wash-water collection area. This washing configuration is selected for the fruit condition and preparation route ahead of juice extraction.

Long flat-belt conveyor with side rails, stainless frame, guarded drive and control box
Flat-belt equipment for material presentation, manual inspection and transfer.

A working position before crushing

Preparation and inspection conveyor

Use an accessible flat belt to present fruit for visual inspection and move accepted material toward the next preparation step. The conveyor connects people, fruit handling and the crusher inlet without assigning every incoming material the same preparation sequence.

Crushing, pressing & finishing

Prepare the mash, recover juice and separate coarse fibrous material.

An enclosed crusher arrangement with a hopper, driven chamber and removable front cover.

Break prepared fruit before pressing

Fruit crusher for extraction feed

A hopper-fed horizontal rotor breaks the prepared fruit into material suitable for the next extraction stage. Crusher selection starts with the physical feed and the mash needed by the press, keeping size reduction separate from juice-and-pomace separation.

Stainless juice press with broad blue belts, multiple rollers, side drives, pipes and lower collection components
Actual belt-press construction showing the blue belts, roller path and open service access.

Extract juice from prepared mash

Continuous belt juice press

Moving filter belts carry the prepared fruit through a roller pressing arrangement. Released juice passes into collection while the retained pomace travels toward discharge, giving the extraction section two distinct material streams to handle.

Two stacked finisher chambers with circular access covers, curved interstage pipe and separate blue motors
A combined two-stage screened machine with an interstage connection and separate drives.

Control the accepted pulp and fibre fraction

Two-stage screened finisher

Two screened working stages separate the accepted juice and pulp fraction from retained material. The chambers and separate drives share one frame, with the working screens selected around the product specification and the stream entering from extraction.

Juice handling & treatment

Connect buffering with the clarity, air and concentration requirements of the product.

Connected stainless process vessels with lower valves and product pipework
Process-vessel construction with accessible lower connections and pipework.

Between extraction and continuous processing

Juice buffer tanks and transfer

A process vessel receives the juice from extraction or separation and supplies the following operation through a matched transfer circuit. Level control and usable vessel volume help bridge variation between the press and continuous liquid-processing equipment.

Two banks of horizontal tubular membrane housings with return bends, pipe headers, pump and control cabinet
Tubular membrane-module banks connected by process pipework and controls.

An optional fine-clarification route

Tubular ultrafiltration system

Tubular membrane modules provide a clarification stage for a suitably prepared juice stream. The module banks, pump circuit, pipe headers and controls form a separate machine package from the coarse screens used around fruit extraction.

Vertical vacuum vessel with upper column, gauges, lower blue drives and left-side control cabinet
A vessel-and-pump deaeration package with its control cabinet to the left.

A selected air-removal operation

Pineapple juice vacuum deaerator

The vacuum chamber provides a controlled environment for gases to leave the liquid before the next processing operation. Pumps, liquid-level control and the vacuum circuit are coordinated around the juice condition and the required outlet flow.

Tall outdoor evaporation plant with vessels, platforms, ladders and large connecting pipes
Industrial evaporation equipment with multi-level service platforms and utility connections.

Concentrate a defined pineapple juice stream

Juice vacuum evaporation system

A vacuum evaporation system removes water from prepared juice to produce the specified concentrate. Heating surfaces, liquid distribution, vapour separation and condensate handling are selected around the juice composition and the required concentration duty.

Thermal processing, filling & CIP

Coordinate the product treatment, bulk package and closed cleaning circuits.

Tubular processing skid with horizontal pipe banks, central vessel, pumps and right-side control cabinet
Tubular pipework and process components arranged on a skid with a control cabinet.

Controlled treatment before the chosen package

Tubular juice thermal processing system

A tubular process system combines heating, holding and cooling with product pumps, valves and controls. Its configuration follows the juice or concentrate properties and the conditions required at the connection to the packing section.

Two-position aseptic bag filler with a central cabinet, drum rollers and blue drums
A two-position bulk filling arrangement with separate roller lanes for drum handling.

Bulk ingredient packaging

Aseptic juice and concentrate bag filler

The bag filling system receives product under the agreed filling conditions and transfers it through the selected head into its matched aseptic bag. Head preparation, fitment handling, measurement and container movement determine the complete packing operation.

Three-tank cleaning skid with gauges, lower pumps, connecting valves and a right-side cabinet
Three physical cleaning tanks with the pump, manifold and control arrangement.

Serve the defined closed circuits

Process CIP cleaning station

A CIP station stores and circulates selected cleaning fluids through connected process circuits. Tanks, pumps, valves, heating where specified and controls are arranged around the equipment routes and the return conditions each route requires.
