Choose a clear starting interface
For an extraction addition, identify the prepared material, piece size, feed height and loading pattern delivered by the existing preparation area. The new crusher and press must suit that feed and its variations.
For a concentration addition, describe the existing juice flow, solids, pulp condition and temperature. The extraction section can remain outside the new supply while its operating behaviour still informs the connection.
Show the new and existing responsibilities
List the equipment included in the addition and the services provided by the site. Product transfer, controls, buffer volume, waste discharge and cleaning connections should have named boundaries.
A new machine cannot compensate indefinitely for an incompatible upstream feed or a downstream stop. Review the combined production sequence, including startup, normal operation, cleaning and interruption recovery.
Make the connection practical to operate
Share the available floor space, receiving and discharge elevations, access routes and utility positions. Leave working room for belt service, screen removal, membrane access or valve maintenance as appropriate.
An initial discussion can begin with a simple existing-equipment list and process sketch. Identify the duty you want to add and the measured flow at that connection; complete engineering documents can follow.

Practical questions
Can we enquire about only one machine?
Yes. Describe its intended duty and the equipment immediately before and after it. The surrounding interfaces help select a compatible machine.
Must an expansion replace the existing preparation area?
Not automatically. An extraction module can begin at a defined prepared-feed interface, provided that material, loading and transfer arrangement are suitable.
